Staci Gainor is a graduate of Bradford Business School in Pittsburgh and has been Pastor Skelly's secretary since 1996. Staci was the personal secretary of the Senior Vice President of the Middle Market Banking Department at Mellon Bank in Pittsburgh for several years which afforded her excellent secretarial and administrative experience. If you have questions relating to Pastor Skelly's schedule, she is the person to contact. She also maintains the church's website.

Financial Administrator


Steve Hilles is a graduate of Fairhaven Baptist College. He oversees all things financial with relation to our church and academy. If you have a question about school payments or receiving tithe envelopes, please contact him. In addition to his Financial Administrator duties, Steve teaches Pre-Calculus and 8th grade Math at Harvest Baptist Academy.

Bro. Hilles ushers for church services; furthermore, he oversees our Wednesday night adult Discipleship Class.

Mrs. Katie L. Oatsvall
Church Secretary

Katie attended Pensacola Christian College and also worked on staff as an administrative assistant at West Coast Baptist College where she scheduled singing tour groups across America.

Katie serves in our church nursery and assists her husband Paul in teaching the 5th - 6th grade Junior Church each Sunday.
